TIMINGS
Arrival: afternoon of Friday 23rd June in Volos, then transported direct to Damouchari (unless choosing overnight stay in Thessaloniki)
Retreat: opens Friday evening 23rd, completes on Friday morning 30th June
Last overnight stay in Maestros: Thursday 29th June (seven nights stay in total)
Departure: From morning of Friday 30th June onwards (if you would like to stay longer, let us know)
INVESTMENT FOR THE RETREAT
Your investment for this seven day retreat is £690 – which includes accommodation, workshops, breakfast and lunch, plus Greek feast on our final night. Please take a look below for full details.
(To make things more comfortable, you can pay in three stages at times we agree together.)

- Shared accommodation in Maestros (beautiful rooms with a balcony)
- Breakfast and picnic lunch
- Workshops with Hara, Bayari and Naropa for Biodanza
- Materials for creating our own natural beauty potions
- Food and wine for our Greek feast on the final night
We will also supply yoga mats and cushions.
ADDITIONAL COSTS
- Flights – see Travel to Damouchari
- Transfers to Damouchari (we will guide you with this)
- Dinner at local tavernas (pleasingly inexpensive. Average spend 15 euros)
- Optional trips: kayaking to the sea caves / visit to Mylopotamos beach & Tsagarada village
SHARED ACCOMMODATION
If you are a couple or two close friends you can opt to share a room (do apply soon so we can secure this for you).
Our rooms suitable for two people sharing and three people sharing.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Retreats such as this require financial commitment to secure the accommodation and resources on your behalf. In order that we can make this retreat successful and sustainable, please note the following terms of booking:
If you cancel 8 weeks before the start of the retreat, then we can refund your payment, minus the deposit.
If you cancel 4 weeks, or less, before the start of the retreat, we will not be able to refund your payment.
In the event of someone else being able to take your place (either someone you know and in consultation with us, or someone on our waiting list), then we may be able to offer a good will refund (minus the deposit). This will only come into effect after the new attendee has paid the fee in full
In the very unlikely circumstances that myself or Hara cancel this retreat, your money will be refunded.
